What are the requirements for the substrate?

A garden sauna requires a stable and level surface, preferably a concrete slab or solid point foundations. It is also important to ensure access to electrical power and, depending on the model, a water connection. We are happy to advise on site preparation.

What is the order fulfillment time?

The standard processing time usually averages between 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you offer transportation for saunas / tiny houses?

Yes, we offer transportation to the location specified by the client. The cost of transportation depends on the location and is determined individually.
